The Declaration of Participation
We, the participants of the Constitutional Academy, establish these five articles as the foundation for a global, verifiable, and continuous knowledge economy.
Article I: The Universal Right to Participate
Access to knowledge and computational resources is a fundamental right. No individual shall be barred from the Academy based on geographical, economic, or traditional institutional boundaries.
Article II: Verification Over Reputation
Authority is derived from cryptographic and consensus-based verification of truth (Eᵢ ↔ Iᵢ), rather than historical prestige. All claims to capability must be demonstrable.
Article III: The Economic Value of Learning
Learning, when verified, is productive labor. The Academy recognizes and financially rewards the accumulation of rigorous knowledge as the highest form of economic contribution.
Article IV: Open and Composable Infrastructure
All knowledge, software, and hardware infrastructure built within the ecosystem shall prioritize openness, composability, and public benefit over private enclosure.
Article V: The Mandate of Continuity
The ultimate purpose of participation is not personal extraction, but the long-term survival, flourishing, and continuity of human civilization.
